Fear no more; Congress has your bank roll in hand

Not only did Congress reward their Governor's with Private Sector Stimulus money, they capitalized on their relaxation of securities on Wall Street.  How did that leak out?  ABC Nightly News anchor Diane Sawyer broke the story about how wealthy Members of Congress  increased their "Blind" trust through investments using your money to "feather their nests".   Leader of the pack has used all sorts of diversions to avoid taxes on his panhandling through illegal tax reports, hiding assets, and marrying into the Hienz fortune.  Guess his military honor never impacted on his integrity.

With a scrooge like grin he claims to strand (mistype but more colorful) up for the private sector not with his hand out but with schemes and legislative proposals to keep it all away from constituents and America's Tax base.

There were several Senators, Congressmen, and staffers and oversight Secretaries who benefited from advance and regulatory insider knowledge who reported on their balance sheets an unusual increase in personal wealth to their Congressional ethics committee.  It is incumbent, selectively used for effect, that incumbents be limited to their Congressional Salaries with a 100% tax imposition be imposed on their personal wealth increases within their tenure and extending at least five years after leaving office. 

These requirements are traditional in non-disclosure and hold harmless agreements within legitimate businesses performing within Congressional regulatory impositions to avoid person gain on insider information.  Revolving doors in Congress of members and key staffers violates any behavioral conduct of leadership.  Exploited in Hollywood on cellulose and digital media, this behavior was acceptable to the "X" and translated into misbehavior of the "Y" generations abuse of performance according to rules perceived or imposed.  

It is translating into an anything goes mentality beginning at home, through schools and will enter into self-indulgence through investments regardless of acceptable , regulated access to avoid that John Kerry syndrome of I'm above it all - that's why I can't string leadership thoughts together.  On John's behalf, he never could so why does he even appear in Congress.  His military history was fabricated, his medals were self awarded, and his debate in Congress was more about deflecting blame to others for his bad judgment as a boat captain (2LT rank during a 4 month duty assignment) in the Mekong Delta.

If all Members in Congress follow his lead, Private Sector Stimulus will never affect our Tax Base effecting profits.  Send me your thoughts on this.  Kerry need not bother, just comply to Congressional ethics principles.

Percentionals lose access to others' monies, no talent but fraud-now what?

Amazing revelations coming from those percentionals who took all those profits from investors and lost them to virtual trades each and every 29 days.  Unfortunately, they hurt not only dollar value, but injured private sector profits to closing manufacturing for a percentage.  Now government trying to recover by billing retired folks more for services because workers are unemployed.  Our public servants need to return their benefits and learn to work in productive jobs.  Congress needs to re-evaluate its fiscal responsibility and reduce its pay scales to no more than mean average of lower 97 percent of private sector pay scales.

Recognizing percentionals have no skills have gambled away America's present and are now looking to impact its future by selling to foreign interests.  IRS is tweaking its take through foreign negotiations to retrieve money  "Made in America" instead of trying to encourage profitable manufacturing.  

How backwards can our government go?  Back to tribal rule?  As long as we keep percentionals in Congress that is what we will get?  Nothing.  They don't understand costs to produce profits and they through their Harvard education only realize leeching onto others assets and profits.

Egg heads are going route of Chicken eggs - contamination through bad genes.  

We must remember our forefathers revolted against taxes on  imported tea.  They also revolted on taxes for window glass over 3-meters square.  Every time you look at a house, let it remind you of over taxation on necessities. Those window panes represent tax revolt against unwanted English taxes.  Americans are inheriting more and more mandated fees and financial impositions from percentionals more than government pay scales can afford.

It relates like no other than Harvard thinking to misunderstand that public servant paychecks are not from profits but from deficits that keep increasing private sector employer cost to produce profits.  Congress and most Federal agencies are run by percentionals who have  little or no profit experience where costs are contained to produce market prices for competitive sales that produce profits.  Unfortunately, the list of mandatory, non-essential services, fees, taxes, lobby bribes, and experts required to comply with Harvard law exceeds worker combined wages and investor dividends, thus most "Made in America" products cannot compete at home and are only valuable to foreigners who want something from America until they see  labels  stating, "Made in Taiwan", "Made in Mexico", "Made in Costa Rico", "Made in Honduras",  well - you get the picture.

There are many "Made in America" items on shelves in Retail outlets that unfortunately remain there because prices need to cover production costs and investor losses.  This is not a new revelation because we went through it after WWII, a conventional war, and Viet Nam, an unconventional war.

To be quite honest, had we elected a President in 1992 that had some legitimate military discipline and an Educational background other than unattended Oxford Rhode Scholarship because of his travels to Russia, we might not be in this situation today .

However, Monica got rich and so did he at what cost?  We're experiencing that now and for maybe a decade longer.

Observations early in my life were that if Congress did nothing, we'd all be rich at different levels.  They need to lobby on their own time and without 52 weeks pay.  Average Congressional mandatory session is 7½ weeks.  Campaigning and fund raising takes OFFICE time???  Any requests for assistance from a government agency takes months or years to get a "NO".

We are better without full time, career members and staff and let "We The People" realize our strength to return to that founding German Work ethic where technology developed, honest pay for honest work, and strength to quietly respect others in adversity.  It took less than 5 years to destroy that and more than 50 to realize it  founded our American Manufacturing, entrepreneurial spirit before percentionals moved in with fraudulent schemes for percentages of real value from those who created profits.  Dollar buying power today is only 3 percent increase over the 1950 dollar when considering then it had 98 ¢ value and today it has .009 ¢ inflating prices by 92 times worth.  So,  percentionals feel good about those 7 figure numbers that buy what our 4 figure numbers used to buy.

You decide.  Incumbents vs. Independents?  Let's make November 2, 2010 a real second "Independents day" (Second Tuesday synonymous with election day).

Tax base disgusted with Gov't will revolt if no budget balance

What makes an inept Congress think they can ask seniors, military retirees, and private sector retired to pay their benefits from careers contracting them to provide security of this nation?  Congress swore they would protect the constitution and rights of Americans.  Yet, they still receive their benefits with increasing costs billed to a budget that deals with $X,000,000,000.009 worth.  It is time Congress prove their worth not their worthlessness by reducing its cost of operation and give-a-way programs.  

It is not fare to put all this responsibility onto seniors whom built a successful Nation, now being torn down by Percentionals with no accountability.

It is unfair to ask our military to risk all under promised contracted benefits and then charge them for those benefits.

It is unwise to ask our Military to be a global police force as State Department hides behind cherry wood desks and phony appearances while trotting like Prom Queens and their escorts instead of building alliances instead of hatred.

It is a disaster to expect "inflation" means something other than greed for "zeros" without regard to "inflating" debt.

It is time for Congress to reduce their entitlements to no more than mean average of its tax base and return their excessive benefits to pay their unsecured debt.  No member of government should earn more than the average tax base taxpayer - not including government employees or top 2.5% of profit generating entities.

It is time to be accountable to global financial requirements and to dismantle that which interferes with global stability.

It is time to back our notes with valuable assets and not signature notes of Congress with phony controls on printing worthless paper.  Perhaps we need to mint gold and silver, plus platinum coins to replace paper no matter how embedded with tracking mechanisms.

Perhaps we need to remove all Percentionals from government and replace them with interim Execs experienced in creating revenue in service industries and manufacturing where people meet demand by motivating people to exercise their entrepreneurial intelligence to solve not create problems through fraud and shells with no peas under them.

After Viet Nam, no body wanted to be drafted into military service.  Those who were and lived came home to spat and degradation.  Leadership embarrassed by  decisions turned a blind eye that ended political careers.  A single advertising executive put together a resurgence through public service advertising changing public perceptions that within 10 months filled all military vacancies at all levels.  His program broke down racial and religious barriers that allowed women to serve as well.  Studies showed that enlistments grew out of patriotism and adventure.   Many leaders assumed it was necessary to increase "bribes" (benefits) that actually in the '70s reduced military pride to one of take the benies and get out in 20 years.

Motivation in those leaders eyes was cover up for failure to provide a military.  Congress kept, for selfish reelection, kept increasing something no one asked for.  It is in their blood to think everybody, like them, is on the take.  It wasn't for many who joined our Services' Reserve components.  It was to provide that "safety net at home to counter disasters, to be our home guard "- State by State.  To congress it was more district contracts to produce local revenues while keeping up that permanent economy.  

Today, it is abuse of those who by mid-'70s volunteered after lottery programs failed to produce intelligent soldiers to cope with evolving computerized weaponry and Intranet systems within military and education networks.  Skill sets increased in value, technology expended soldier capability and robotics increased safety resulting in today's soldiers as bright, well equipped, and strategically a deterrent to homeland aggression.  So, let's screw them now while we can before they get to retirement.

As an observation; why do we diminish America's value with worthless bounty under guise of overspent assets by a Congress that cannot and will not balance its budget and demand programs from administration departments to produce results and not just graft and corruption from career members and career leeches.  Government service was never intended to be lifelong.  It, at one time, was an honor to serve.  Today, it is a disgrace to take credit for  programs built on borrowing.  Hard to find volunteers to step in if it requires an investigative vetting process.

I used to think disappearing Soviet Leaders after leaving office was a crime.  In America we didn't do that.  Perhaps, they was right, as it seems most of retired or removed leaders are living their dream to be like the Soviets of years ago, 'cause so many of them are leaving home for confinement.

It better change or our leadership positions will be dictated by those who like the old American thinking - earn a career with hard work, support to build an economy, create a trade balance in favor of "made in America" that build alliances through co-production and co-defense programs.  UTOPIA - no! common sense leaving greed confined to those who should never get to spend it.

Instead of taking from our VETS their honorable service, we should increase their value by lowering support costs for government workers from 3x worth down to mean average 50% value for non-essential expense.  All government salaries should be, regardless of position no more than 2.5x poverty or American cannot maintain autonomy.

I has spoken!   Now; your turn to elect good government.  There is no need for paid media to make the point.  They need news.  Let incumbents pay through the nose.  It matters not who you elect, but do it without big $$$ influence (those big dollars generate price increases to tax base).

Congress wants tax increases without growing a tax base

Interesting discussions in Congress and media about raising taxes and not paying taxes.  More than half of its members use every trick in their law to not pay taxes"It comes from experience through multiple reelections'.  Kerry, once a Presidential hopeful leads the pack with questionable tactics, even more so than those Wall Steelers who tanked our economy and divested Reagan's tax base.

At one point into time, U.S. and European economics was based upon a "War Economy".  In simple words. "high cost disposable products" requiring early replacement.  An early automotive marketing strategy when markets at home were small, but building.  There  wasn't a car in every driveway until late '60s.  A car lasted no more than 5 years and cars were resold every two.  Price point was high at $2,500Annual income was between $10,000 and $14,000.  Really big salaries were $50,000 and  dollar value was 94 cents buying power.

Today: Ave income $44,000,  Degreed employees $65,000, and Percentionals base $180,000 and to be considered wealthy $7.5 M. Why? Dollar denomination has increased its real number distance before the decimal point.  "Zero" n, pl-ors, or -ores 1.representing absence of any quantity or magnitude' cipher; naught.  There are increasing zeros behind the decimal point today that weren't there as recently as 18 years ago.

Analysis:  Inflation is a non concept expressing buying power of U.S. "$s" so quoted prices 50 years later basically use same real numbers 2 & 5, but the naughts add three placeholders between real and "." while on the other side two naughts decrease value " .009".

This means autos have not changed in worth just technology.  Dollars have no value just perception of old 18 century terms like Millionaire being replaced by Billionaire - just three more naughts as value declines close to three naughts.  This gives phalse signals to economists and financial percentionals while trying to take a percentage of nothing to build nothing and trade nothing within 30 days.

Simply put, that 19¢ gallon of gas, now selling  at $2.65  represents close to a 3¢ increase if the dollar was worth 96¢ value as in 1950-1960.

In marketing terms, this means that McDonalds hamburgers have indicated dollar value for some 50 years.  From an Ad in my 50th reunion Yearbook, you can compare now while reflecting when.

Congress - clues to balanced budgets start with income not credit or deficit

Opening statement of a stimulus bill discussion begins with "This is a bill that works to build a stronger economy. This is a bill to put Americans back to work."  Followed by " it would have provided $16 billion in new aid to states, preserving the jobs of thousands of state and local government workers and providing what White House officials called an insurance policy against a double-dip recession."

Are they kidding? 

Not one word discussed profits from private sector jobs.  Not one thought was given to subsidize or stimulate industry to create more private sector jobs that contribute to profits

Congressional logic alludes any common sense or rationale to creating a tax base from which revenues generate profits that allow sensible contributions to bail out government mismanagement.   Yah, we're all familiar with financial rhetoric regarding tax credits,  government loan guaranteestax breaks of up to $5,000 to hire, get this one, unemployed workers.  I guess there a few in that category according to Congressional thinking which explains why unemployment insurance is no longer neccessary.

To pay for all this - reread opening paragraph, NOW!

The demise of their jobs-agenda legislation Thursday means that unemployment benefits will phase out for more than 200,000 people a week. Governors who had counted on fresh federal aid will now have to consider  more budget cuts, tax increases and layoffs of state workers. - AP

Many states have realized in recent years that they cannot afford to maintain their infrastructure to which private sector investors have created more toll roads and other entities to fill in those gaps of neglected maintenance set aside for social engineering schemes.  Granted government will tax those profits from private sector with increasing percentages until they will fail.  It has happened in every public works project since the New Deal.  Only one railroad was profitable and it was James Hill's along the northern border with Canada that never needed government money.  It's history.  Amtrak and state run rail transportation are good examples of under funded resolve and corruption, especially around and near the Nation's Capitol.

There are solutions. None of them include overpriced government contract awards to relatives of government contracting officers.  In fact an excellent model was NASA's Apollo program.  In gross revenues there were profits limited to 7%-10% from lowest bidders that was then taxed - why?  It baffles economists and any logic presented to private sector tax base to solicit a bid for a government need paid from taxes and then tax profits and income from those performing needed tasks.  Costs for those government contracts could be contained in a contract performance ratio to user fees which can be generated several ways.  This could include tolls, rental space, user fees, and of course reasonable state and local taxes from constituent or resident privileges.

There is no need to tax government employees,  agencies, or contracted services because their revenues come from government at lowest bidder to save government's money - if you believe that , I've got such a dil for you.  My percentional will draw up the papers.

There is no easy fix due to lack of experience of politicians (elected percentionals).  There are no control models on budgeting  a government fiscal plan, and most in government want to keep it that way.  Just as with wall street, government allocates monies to certain categories; and, they through Requests for Bids set up contracts to complete tasks beyond that of government internal services capabilities.  Where it fails to produce within budget is when government oversight wants a piece of those profits and contractors must include in their costs "slush funds" to payoff regulators, contract officers, family members of Congressional members and contract add-ons from agency after thoughts (commonly known as unauthorized contract officer interference - prostituting)

How can government raise money?

Well,  demand taxes on disaster relief funds offered to victims who lost lifetime wages to gov't directed failure through regulatory management.  Perhaps, percentionals could contribute their fees to support victims and Congress could contribute their retirement pay to support Gulf Coast residents and business owners until there is a balanced budget.  Now that is a resolve!

BP put up $20 Billion for relief, Congress gets $1 Trillion to operate - balance the budget in favor of those who lost everything.  IRS could set aside funds from government payroll taxes to pay private sector losses of payroll income since it was there's before given to government who failed to protect it.

Most government planners want to tax every penny in a private sector pocket, account or derivative.  But their philosophy is to eliminate private sector with more government workers who under law must pay taxes, too.  Big difference is their money comes from private sector tax base profits that are taxed more to cover government worker incomes, benefits, and taxes than their own.  

Does this make sense?  Tax base pays government salaries, benefits, including taxes, and that revenue is considered income to government.  It then enters that into the budget without regard to the fact that any money paid out of that income revenue is deficit.  The only tax monies, not deficit, is that due from consumption from private sector sales or discretionary spending.

In 1989, several government officials and I had a heated discussion about them paying taxes because I believe private sector income generates from markets or profits while government employee income taxes do not.  But, government officials want to pay taxes - it's American!  What? 

 It is double entry bookkeeping.  On one side it is income added to budget projections from revenue generation and on the other side it is payout reducing available funds or deficit before any balance cannot be achieved.  This requires raising taxes further to overcome that virtual income  reported because there is no offset.  So each year government has a negative balance between projected revenues and actual available revenue for operation.  Too overcome that immediate loss of funds, government should reduce salaries to mean average without taxation, but no exemption from government employee investments or property ownership, sales taxes and other consumer liabilities such a healthcare maintenance.

This would make serving in government more of an honor than a scam. 

Now, any government income family would be liable for any private sector earned income and its taxes exceeding a social security base or supplement - just like private sector without a government retirement package.  This then would return blind trust funds from insider trading and lobbyists to government to pay those mean average salaries.  This is a good plan.  It will get benched brains out in the field to produce profits and put percentionals on the defense instead offenseIt will shorten terms of ineptitude - replaced with new ideas.

Term limits need not apply, desire for a freeloader in Congress will diminish from desire to gain producing private sector employment to earn a retirement package as government wakes up to balanced budgets reflecting real numbers - limited number of "zeros" before (inflation) and after a decimal point (value).

November will be opportunity for Independents to reduce government waste and rewrite government focus - hopefully, toward balanced budgets as expected in private sector families, businesses, with reduced percentional greed.

Congress has no right to point to others behavior worse than any member

Headlines, headlines, headlines - cannot believe US leadership reduces its behavior to less than a six-year old girl holding a much desired beach ball in a city park because the boys won't let her play with them.  Congress has that problem.  It profoundly impacts on respect for and within every organization it tries to bully into thinking members are sincere through foul language, discourteous statements, and reputation bashing of successful business leaders

Congress legislated themselves immunity to humanity.

After all, it was The White House in the '90s that raised expectations for personal greed while lowering acceptable "Best Business Practices" to a level of congressional thinking = "percentional exploitation"

When you open burning barn doors;  horses, dogs, and cats will run to pastures and fields with unexpected freedoms.  It is best to control through wisdom, professionalism, and knowledge.  There is no single lawyer who can contribute to building a private sector tax base because they only tell you how you will lose everything if you are successful.  They never write a contract that says a business will get what is due (to them that means $350/hr for preparation, $350/hr in court, and $350/hr to appeal or answer an appeal taking 18 months).

Let's clarify that a little more.  In most cases, fees and restrictions outnumber benefits as held-out hands collect more than allowed profitsShakespeare had it right.

Let's get back to professionalism among leaders.  There is a perceived decorum, protocol, or behavior expected from leaders with a respect for their subjects or peers.  Over many years, I relied on those above me to be constitutionally of sound mind and credible.  Boy, I was misled.  There is no honor connected to responsibility or leadership.  Many lies and back stabbing for personal gains or envy has become the modus operand.  

King Henry XII contained that with a simple rule: "Off with his Head".  He inherited his position

In an elected society, officials serve at the behest of those who elect them - if votes are reported as cast.  That has been long since buried along with "his Head".  Complacency is now diminishing due to leadership failure to take a moment to get things into acceptable  perspective in relation to history and future.  Congress is running amuck 'cause they have nothing in their backgrounds to compare with to professionalism, respect, or honor.  It is their goal like the two VA Senators who boast about standing up to "Big Oil" demanding huge payouts for operating successfully under their compatriots laws.  After all, isn't that how Congress works?

Perhaps finite management, sometimes called micro management should be implemented by knowledgeable private sector experts without having to bribe a Congressman or husband of one.

I mean no disrespect to those elected officials, but many were not.  Can we blame the electorate - YES - 'cause they were naive to voting mechanics.  Today, we could implement a secure Internet voting program with tighter security that any banking program giving instaneous counts as each is registered.  This would definitely give voters an advantage over corrupt politicians and would cut down all inflated commentary about how bad our politicians really areNo ethics, no social skills, no knowledge without $$$$,  no compassion for leadership, no respect, for private sector taxpayer.

Those blockheads in Congress didn't just grow on trees like they think private sector money does!

Flag Day celebrates our Army's Birthday since 1776 

Protecting our rights and freedoms has been an honor since before George Washington formed a Continental Army defending our homeland.  At first light, Paul Revere recruited a rag tag force to defend against the English tax impositions.  For those who don't know taxes you can bet our new "Republican awakening" is finding out.  Heavy taxes levied on British tea from India was thwarted by Boston colonists throwing the biggest known tea party since before this years resurgence of awareness that government forgot about its Tax Base and its private sector profits.  

A second notable tax was on glass for windows, thus American homes have window panes just under sizing England's shipping requirements.  It reminds us daily of Tax oppression dating back to early colonists who rejected abusive practice - why do we tolerate it now?

So on this date, let us remember it wasn't the Democrat-Republicans, but a Federalist who created our Army - General George Washington 13 years before being inaugurated our First President.  

Note his background:  a Virginia farmer and Commander of our Continental Army.  

Historically, the Federalists lost the Presidency to the Dem.-Rep. Party from 1801 thru 1829 when Andrew Jackson split the party to Democrats only.  Whigs formed opposition and elected William H. Harrison in 1841 that after 29 years became the Republican party  won favor of voters electing 18 of 27 Presidents in office for 90 of 149 years following Lincoln.

With corruption rearing its ugly head just about every third term, new independents - no party, may replace most, if not, all incumbents this year.  It seems Americans will  revolt once again against taxes and a big Government, but not a foreign one, this time.  Perhaps our military will become a part of our culture instead of part of an International police force.  

A good friend and very short General, John A. Wickham, may have understood best philosophy to date; "To deter war you must be ready to go to war" (this however, doesn't give many war medals to would be Generals).

Unfortunately, many leaders forget that force is not a commodity, but a mindset that is rejected by those who "will" themselves to be better and thus motivated to succeed.  Surprise and opportunity still are great threats to Americans by those wishing us harm.  To be better; we need awareness, experience, and dedication to eliminate compromise.

This year's fight is to rebuild our environment  that through Congressional failure and greed has been destroyed for all the wrong reasons.  It is time to quit blaming everyone else for Incumbency behavior.  As with our Presidents, a short term is better for all to offer opportunity for rethinking from those who have experienced profits, losses, and have paid Congress's high cost of corruption.

Perhaps, eliminating lifetime entitlements would educe turnover and create a better economic environment.  Now, I don't want to imply that we should incarcerate every member for fraudulent abuse of power, also term limits are not in question.  What is in question is whether or not votes are reported as counted.  In 22+ states they are not as the Clinton's presumed .  In fact, allegations are that none are valid due to some mysterious organization that holds puppet power strings.  If votes were counted many sitting members would not be.

Only blessing from this current economic crisis is that those percentionals creating it will be eating it soon.  Policy is treading water, dollars are shrinking due to no value standard as foreign governments buy up precious metals and gems to back their Euros, Rubles, and Yen.  I guess we awl tax base must make due with tax breaks, credits and entitlements.

Oh! did I mention? without profits from private business all stimulus promises add up to debt.

Same problem General Washington had in 1789.

Remember Salahis-Feds question their FDA Grant for fraud.

In Court precedents rule when judges cannot opine with certainty.  Such a precedent is about to be established over a $100,000 Federal Grant for studying ways to increase Virginia's wine marketing.  With an accepted study that helped build the state's grape "juice" sales, they are being challenged or scrutinized for fraudulent use of grant monies.

If found guilty this precedent will allow "We The People" to hold our members, representatives, in Congress accountable for each and every nickel they took of public money for "their constituents".  After all a grant is very similar to "pork" but generally lean on funding as compared to Congressional pork.  

This one is going to get attention as many agencies get involved in trying to find a private citizen guilty of misusing Federal grant funds.  What really is the difference between excessive overtime pay for government employees exceeding budgets, or lobbyist programs for unneeded or unwanted costly programs in members home state, or letting city, state or county contracts to relatives in millions of dollars of cost and no ceiling on profits or accountability for maintenance or effectiveness of performance?

Answer is NOTHING except it was a federal grant to a pair of gate crashers that did nothing to jeopardize anybody except to embarrass those who failed to perform (all were government employees).  

This brings up the question of why does Congress hold Private Sector to higher standards that it holds itself?  If given a choice I would've made more money in business than supporting our military in their marketing needs to strengthen our security, but I chose to tackle their marketing for 34 years with off and on assignments from bottom to top of its rank and file.  Although not financially wealthy, very proud of the core strategies and performance when achieving goals within short timelines to accomplish mass market acceptance of military service for educated people as well as those who went through the academies.

So, let the games begin!  I would love to see the precedent set to recover for our private sector all those funds absconded by Congress and those government agencies  for abusing their charge to protect and defend our economy and their phony stimulus and inflated bailouts to save AIG, Morgan Stanley, and several other bIG banks.  Granted they gave monies to several auto-makers, who repaid it within 18 months - deadline hasn't passed yet.  This is a Lee Iacocca legacy to seek gov't guaranteed financial bailouts for  legitimate businesses.   Former MD Governor William Donald Schaffer used tax payer monies to build two stadiums returning millions of dollars to state coffers through event proceeds.

That precedent should be standard operating procedure for Congress, but not one nickel has been returned by any member of Congress, yet they want to hold its Tax Base to higher standards.  Are they Knuts?

Guess so.  They must go!

Ridding Congress of Incumbents leaves a trail of illegitimacy - Liability?

It is important to recognize each and every members' contribution to deficits; and, in the same manner, they respect private sector responsibility to create profits supporting American dreams.   They take from America's Tax Base more than they help to grow our economy.  For nearly two years we heard about changes while watching incumbents thwart private sector bailouts with monies deferred to Congressional members bosses - Governors of states who cannot and will not responsibly govern.  There should be no reason under GOD to bail out states for lack of fiscal management, understanding the choices they can make to support a viable economically sound State program to  attract businesses in communities, districts, and counties that can support a tax base seeking the American promise for liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

With that said, let's look at how our tax base sees their dreams today.  Foreclosure looms, healthcare is unavailable until Congress triple dips into more deficit or bankrupts small banks and businesses.  The TAX BASE did not create this demise, yet they must take responsibility to rebuild the private sector resources without income, benefits and a pursuit to Happiness.

As inequitable as it is,  many percentionals are learning another way that money need not exist to trade in markets- fallacy.  Not only do they harm those they prey upon, they take from many without returning value.  I've never seen a 50 page contract return what it proposes in any form without a material product in exchange for real, not virtual, products.  Banks have grown their greed failing to build their depositor base.  Insurance companies sell futures to families while losing their assets at time of need.  Investors trade in markets without liability or value creation.

Andy Rooney said it straight this past Sunday.  "Gambling",  he said, "creates no value.  It merely takes equity out of the hands and mouths of those who do" (paraphrased).

Value grows an economy.  Gambling destroys an economy, yet, so many states want it both ways.  They want taxes from workers (private sector), and they want lotteries to take available cash, generally state aid checks from the under fortunate.  In reality, poor pay more through lotteries than many middle incomers with a low percentage through an annual assessment.

Perhaps, States should eliminate taxes and take their value from their damned lotteries and require state employees to buy huge percentages of those tickets in lieu of benefits.  With that scheme private sector could build wealth and return less percentage to those who create deficit.  Public sector could leach off lottery winnings or hold-backs to avoid annual percentages and over priced government services to support a non-value society.  

With these thoughts presented, how is government  accountable to America's tax base for misuse of their funds they voluntarily contribute through an inequitable taxing scheme?  Borrow, borrow, promise, promise, raise cost of government from government workers and challenge industries to produce products and services outside any fiscally responsible budget, as Chicago funds blight, in Detroit squash Unions, in Maryland, run jobs out of the state to rely upon more government employees who can pay taxes from Federal salaries instead of handouts; that are less costly.

I believe that every signature on a deficit agreement is the liability of those who sign, whether in business, in government or household.  In the military, each Commander assumes that responsibility and before he transfers out of unit or changes Command must pay back any loss of accountable funds.  To be a Commander is an honor and a responsibility to promote the best, brightest, and build that pride to be responsible at all levels within each unit.  It works most of the time.  That is why companies seek former Field Grade  Officers for high level management positions - less hassle with discipline, fiscal responsible, and trained to due diligence on even the most insignificant tasks to assess and analyze strategy, tactics, impacts, and outcome for a positive return with few losses.

And, they learned accomplishment with fewer assets with more ingenuity than any percentional  I know.

All incumbents seeking reelection may want to consider differently.  Why, because those who want change will seek accountability and retroactively assign that accountability back to those who created DEFICITS - just as in the military when you leave you leave in good standing if after 20 years, with retirement for life.  If not you seek private sector employment to add value.  With members of Congress that would be a hard ethical standard of accountability.  One of our strongest Senators, Republican Bill Frist, had a mission - accomplished it - returned to his medical profession - no deficit.  Received a retirement stipend for his honorable service.  

Not too many sitting incumbents can claim that.  But, they can make good on their valueless service by returning any deficit they helped to create.  With 535 sitting incumbents having signatures or votes on deficits; each should share an equity position based upon contribution to debt through votes, pork, special arrangements (bribes through third-party percentionals costing private sector profits), and kick-backs to regulators for access to debt producing contracts.

It used to be one-year contracts with several one-year options with corporations allowed a 7-10 percent profit overhead with government audits on every nickel (today that would $5 or more).   Granted there are executives worth $Billions for organizing and creating profits while government created deficits through (it used to be lowest bidder) bidding processes a well as allowing pricing to float under assumptions that people will buy anything at any price just to have it.  A new gimmick is introduced every day outside government scrutiny and is well exploited by International Investors for all the wrong reasons.

Nice to see the dollar strengthening; unfortunately it will close consumer-defense markets that took years to mature.   I predict it will isolate consumer markets to more local economies as transportation is shut down by Volcanoes, oil slicks , earth quakes, steel wheel collisions, and trans-Panama container shipping delays.

Sometimes, hay makes waste, but maybe it will clean up BP's mess.

All this hooey and obscenities is cover-up for corrupt government.

Hooey and obscenities have different values within the two major parties.  Dems participate for greed and theater about their perceived power.  Reps do it for social engineering in opposition to socialism or complete government control of wealth.  Both sides "leadership" share the same goal of dominance in private sector working class lives.  One oriented to dominance and the other in their profits.

Observations of political and regulatory performance exemplifies that old adage that most self-important people are above the law.   Here are some documented incidents of regulatory collusion between private agents, their clients, and regulators.  Note emphatically that there are three shells under which a pea may or may not exist.

Shell # 1 - Let's investigate a Real Estate deal in 1987 when prior to settlement a Prudential agent representing a builder inserted an illegal second mortgage for $25,000 without disclosure to the buyer.  At the settlement table it was not disclosed, but two days after move-in, buyer was informed that he must come up with an additional $25,000 over the weekend or move out of his new $265,00 house.  The mortgage broker helped with a $5,000 loan along with buyer's relatives, banks while the Prudential agent in cahoots with Monumental Title produced a new closing document inserting the second  lien to Connelly Builders.

Prudential's agent explained that it was missed during the settlement even though the buyer paid for additional Title Insurance through Monumental to cover title  errors with buyer as beneficiary.  When reported to Maryland's Real Estate regulatory agency, it claimed that Monumental went out of business and their State agency's insurance protection couldn't reclaim the loss so it was denied.

There was no pea under the shell .

So much for Maryland's Democratic regulatory issues.

Shell # 2 -  An employer, Centurion Limousine, a subsidiary of a Medical Provider Corporation added a 5% partner to its management staff and when a perceived contract that didn't exist for the Atlanta Olympics Committee didn't materialize through an independent third-party, it sought its Marketing Guy to secure one with the committee.  He did within 24 hrs -  a $250,000 contract for 14 days.  While it generated only a portion of the income sought due to unavailability of vehicles, he stiffed the Marketing Guy and paid $18,000 to the two tarts offering to secure the agreement, but couldn't.  As time went on the owner of the company embezzled funds making payroll unavailable and then fired the Marketing Guy who got the contract and spent two weeks after the event to collect the total as agreed.  

While researching this incident Maryland's Unemployment office told the Marketing Guy that he qualified for unemployment benefits , but later challenged by the State for seeking work outside of Maryland and outside the United States.  An agency hearing was held; finding in favor of the Marketing Guy.  Then Centurion challenged that decision saying the Marketing Guy  never worked for his company.  

Maryland's Attorney General accused the Marketing Guy of fraud even after reviewing copies of his contracts under the same corporate  name as the company letterhead denying he worked for them.  After one Unemployment investigator allowed the claim, a second one denied it without disclosure of rationale and denied copies of the files.  Custodians at the agency produced case files proving  the Marketing Guy's allegations in spite of objections by  J. Joseph Curran, Jr, AG.

Later the case was presented in the next higher court to recapture losses and reputation - only cash can be exchanged in court.  J. Joseph Curran, Jr. AG, (for the State) failed to appear and tried to reset filing dates and facts to send it back to the agency that actually provided AG memos rejecting cooperation to plaintiff.  Marketing Guy had filed for a Request for Judicial Review of the agency which the AG attempted to dismiss based upon failure to reconcile the case at agency level. 

A motion to the higher court for Summary Judgment was submitted to Judge Lerner who dismissed by withholding judgment while Judge North was confused by the AG's response to a motion for a Judicial Review of the agency's findings to engage it for clarification .  Instead North was presented with  a case naming an unknown third-party into the claim against the State for Summary Judgment due to Failure to Appear  that became through that action a Fraud On The Court  and has now escalated to a very obscene value invoiced monthly with 10% per annum penalties according to MD's own Statutes - law.  There is no statute limiting fraud actions.

Several other Judges, Cawood,  Circuit Court; Heller, Special Appeals Court; and Justice Murphy, Court of Appeals, could not find the case cited by the AG but resigned before it could be ratified. Now an invoice has been sent to the Governor seeking a second term to make good on his Father-in--law's Fraud on the Court in the accumulated amount.  Corruption destroys trust and Dems prove it over and over again.

There was no pea under this shell.

Shell #3 - Election night November 2006, a Republican Candidate for Comptroller, in a statewide election received numerous calls from constituents and media suggesting exit polls showed him as elected with 43 percent of polls closed.  It was even announced at 10:55 pm, that the two other Republican candidates for statewide office won with 67 percent - Governor Bob Erhlich and 54 percent for Lt. Governor.  

Within 30 seconds of that announcement, four Dems claimed victory claiming 1.3% of precincts reported that the same old names won, much to amazement of TV Anchors throughout the area.  They got a way with following the Curran-Bell-Mikulski-Sarbanes hystorical formula.  824,000 votes for Dems - 685,00 for Reps, and 160,000 for Independents and absentees.

Votes were not challenged "because Prince George's County always takes longer to report because of its population"- long enough to out-last the 3-day challenge statute of Limitations.  This is documented for more than 34 years.  

Pea was missing under this shell, too!  No surprise.

Moral of this blog is that "in"combents need to be replaced en-mass in order to restore "We The People" to our Constitution.

No shell just pea--Then there's The Risk when you know where the pea is, but government supervisors use their "status" to reject what is due.  For instance; two; Generals Roger Bultman, DCAR, and Thomas Kilmartin, CAR plus two Colonels Ltc Bob Pratt , USAR, and Col William Gresslin, USMC, at the Pentagon begged for help with a video project and then failed to ratify a long standing contract by attempting to seek illegal Orders to Active Duty for a part-time Reservist without having a position vacancy.  When all was said and investigated, they were just envious of a professional rate that exceeded their pay scale for annual training in their positions.  In the mean time no pay was released for the Professional / Reservist after 34 years of service and 27 years as a contractor to Defense for similar services.  Commander In Chief Obama has requested justice and honor from DoD through Bob Orr - ESGAR advocate.

Last pea is dedicated to our IRS - In their lack luster corruption to screw everyone, they commandeered all revenues from a corporation with several subsidiaries, even those operating autonomously on International projects.  While the operating Director was overseas, they stole his commissions of $250,000 for staging and selling a Russian Computer show certified by the Commerce Department and the Trade Commission with clearances from CIA, NSA, DoD, DoA and State Dept. leaving the Director without funds and only a Bankruptcy court directive alerting him to an estate of a dead CEO with no assets due to IRS greed and intimidation.  

Summary, all this happened to one guy because he was professional, trusting, and sincere to complete each task through a German work ethic - work hard and you will be rewarded, but not in America if  others cannot match your dedication,  knowledge, and skills to be the best.  Had he not been so credible he would have been a Congressman or Senator on the Democratic ticket, but instead his votes weren't counted on the Republican ticket - shows to go yaw!.

We The People want independence called for at Signing - reiterated during the last three decades.  It is obvious our party politicians do not believe their crap either with so many becoming Independent going into 2010 and 2012.

May Day is appropriate this year in-words will rule!

An International alert 'S- O-S" has the same impact as "May Day-May Day"!   So, on this day it is appropriate to set the focus on this year's "in" words.  These will be have the greatest impact around the world than any we have heard before.  Are you curious as to what they are?

Most important is independent  a positive sign of American Freedom; following is Incumbent an insidious illness of American Freedom;  next is income  an increasing more important necessity -  thanks to incumbents;  Insistence  is becoming more important to thwart indebtedness  that thanks to incumbents has made life more intolerable while increasing reliance upon generational income.

Perhaps, judicially we can eliminate some incoherent incompetents incubating incumbency indigenous in-residence intimidating intelligent interrogatives intervening International institutions indiscriminately.  Individuals inherit inward intuition inviting interested individuals interaction insistently insomuch insincerity infest influential indecisions.  Ingrown  inexcusable intent incites incongruous interference intentionally invasive invalidating intellectual influence.

Point is...Icmbneunts are in view and Ipendneendts have a view.  What is clear, though, is that cgnhae needs new insights while old risks need retiring  with aucbcointality.

Percentionals don't serve in military - don't know sacrifice.

Some percentionals have!  But not many, 'cause it was beneath their family wealth standards.  It recent months,  several former military have become elected officials at State and Federal level.  Now they are facing ethical decisions that will probably be addressed with more responsible behavior than those percentionals that have destroyed our banking interests, deflated our dollar to lowest buying power since government printed its first dollar. 

Turning to NASDAQ and NYNEX is just noise moving promises around with no value created.  All those draft dodgers fighting to have more zeros in their bank statements.  And, Congress thinks that public servants can float their deficits as their numbers grow.  Federal reserve prints more no-value dollars for a feel good experience.  Foreign investors question stability as Americans lose their savings, homes, pay $3/gal for a 19 ¢/gal commodity.

Governors look to every trick in their book to avoid raising taxes by calling them feesParking at a 1¢/min meter or 60¢/hr is becoming closer and closer to $5/hrSales taxes no longer support local government without earmarks and pork through congress.  Small businesses fear government loans for the very reasons banks do, as well as do manufacturers. 

So, what's the answer?  Reduce dependency upon Federal funding of non-essential servicesEliminate State draws on Federal banks and Federal Reserves through congressional pork.  Increase private sector employment within states through incentives to create jobs using grants or perks for corporations by eliminating federal government mandates to fund personal services for state residents.

Governors have to build their state goals around resources within their states or encourage profitable companies to grow without tying one hand behind their backs reaching for those out-of-pocket contributions to regulator and political panhandlers.  At least with a known prostitute you know what you're going get - at least a wise business man knows - not so sure about those panhandlers.

I guess we get screwed either way, just by definition.

For more than 50 years, major corporations have been lured away from private sector production to government contracts because of government inability to keep value in the economy.  Formula for private sector success after WW II was to have no more than 10%-12% of business through government contracts.   SBA, and DoD opened flood gates to bidders for all sorts of social engineered requirements by letting contracts to unqualified bidders who default on performance, but still get paid through more and more add-ons until cut-off.

Then, qualified bidders are asked to wait for that failure to happen; until government awards an inflated contract to complete the project one or two cycles later with possible up to three year-renewals for programs not needed or requested by a Federal agency (but by a Member of Congress).   

Unfortunately, at that point government demands more and more changes to original specifications in our fast moving under estimated needs for contractor support.  The chase begins to capture dollars and pay those lobbyists to bribe those decision makers to seek contracts for non-work to make up for lost production as contractors request unnecssary upward adjustments  just to make a profit after accepting stiff penalties imposed by original contractor delays ~  Been there - done that - years of experience reconstituting to meet contract requirements.

Basic question is whatever happened to those 20 year projections (1970-1976)?  Or, those 180 days before an IPO could cash-in their shares (1997)?  Or, consequences from that  unregulated 20 minute bump the Clinton Administration allowed in 1999?  We, know how government fouled up our mortgages allowing banks to not only inflate home values through speculation by foreign investors to drive down the dollar, but also it encouraged banks to float unqualified buyers hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy basic properties (1989-1993 housing markets) as wages (held hostage by Unions and Wall Street) failed to inflate to meet percentional financial market profits.

Now, we suffer as banks try again to duplicate that performance as they thumb their noses at Congress.  Retaliation is simple -reread paragraph 4.  Follow on that with denying Congress more than one session per year (annual average has been 7¼ weeks out of 52) unless called upon by an emergency session to address  Federal problems: security (terrorism), budget balances (deficit relief), or national infrastructure (roadways & waterways), and recapturing revenues from States for those centralized services ( National Transportation, Homeland Defense, FEMA, Banking Regulation, Catastrophic Health issues, Education, International Trade, and foreign catastrophes).

Ultimately; it is necessary to revalue our dollar from $0.01 buying power closer to $1.00.  Today, $1 Million = $10 ,000 in buying power compared to 1950 value of $0.98-a ninety-seven point nine deflation.  That will deter market destruction and encourage spending, but, revaluation cannot be used in virtual investments or non-production created transactions - thus banks cannot exchange loan payments from cheap dollars to valued dollars since their loans were let on fraudulent terms to inflate their profits and bonuses.  For those who need lots of zero's in their bank accounts , old dollars could be ceremonial like the 100,000 Ruble (50,000 R : $1 [1996]).

Remember that old story about the watermelon truckers who bought product for 50¢ ea., "South of de border ", and sold them for 45¢, "North of de Border", without profit.   They did a financial analysis to determine whether or not they needed a bigger truck  

Our truck is way too big!

Cite. This will surely re-establish America's real value and keep other currencies in check.  Expertise came from the Soviet Union and its black market after cold war ended as Western and Asian economies deflated against Russia's recovery when war was no longer a permanent economy, but later replaced by energy.

Really! was there a health care bill or just a bill?

From a very immediate realization, there was a bill passed - and that bill has to be paid.  It's just a drop in the bucket of deficit but it has everything to do with fairness, legitimacies, Constitutional limits, and balanced budgets.  None of which has been addressed by Dem leeches or bystanders who desire social engineering vs. socialization of American freedoms.

This is a powerful observation from outside the closed door negotiations, threats, intimidation, and costly amendment promises for compliance to a wishful dream never before attempted for some excellent reasons.    This is also a very good reason to throw out both party's members in November and seek experienced decision makers dealing with real money instead of debt driving an unbalanced budget.  Our freedoms are based upon openness or as currently termed - transparency, but this week is marked with several outside the box of Constitutional freedoms being challenged by those who know better how to screw instead of restricting budgets to basic concept of income driving expenses - not the other way around.

States can impose taxes to cover their inabilities to budget through population distribution of profit.  However, they abused that right for so long they have no idea of how to manage their infrastructure, their public services or their legislative responsibilities without piggy backing on Congressional pork.  Our Congress cannot impose mandated freedoms directed to one industry over another or even require percentional involvement in defending those freedoms.  Its role is to assure a balanced budget, not fund a legacy dream by so many liberals trying to beat the social engineers control of profits for all the wrong reasons.

Yes, the Celebration is good to have passed a health care concern on to future generations and to destroy our profitable businesses while mandating that percentionals get paid first before care givers and patients get a four-year delay as the debate goes on- probably another 50 years before the first patient gets serious consideration for life.

Congratulations to all those Congressmen who succumbed to all that pillow talk in California to pass gas when we needed water to grow the seeds of a strong economy with a supportive health care system.  May the percentionals lose first as the real tax base - private sector payers profit from government's inability to govern to protect their role .  

Rule one in economics is very important - don't spend more than your profit generates; rule two is to control your costs to less than consumer price and profits are reasonably secured to cover overhead and contingencies without overpricing product or services to where no one will buy.

In support of Congress, they are the bottom feeders of public servants without resolve to create a solvent Union of States that can pay its bills.  It costs us over $1 trillion per year to support 535 immature unemployed elected members who act worse than that little girl who took her beach ball away from the boys in the sand box when they wouldn't let her play (not to infer Pelosi took the ball).  By electing representatives from communities instead of percentional politicians, deficit reduction would become a balanced budget within two Senate terms.  Let's face it, giving budget approval and guidance to administrative branches is a very short term one-session when you eliminate campaigning, State ear-marks and regulatory graft.  This leaves enough time to run a private sector business that creates jobs, not intern problems.

RECOMMENDATION:  All Government pay and incentives should be reduced to national mean average or twice poverty until a balanced budget can be achieved for more than one Senate term or until no deficit exists, is projected, or realized under a sitting President.

Most likely outcome will be election of wealthy community leaders or retired experts who can survive without tax base income and capable to manage this government through one session per year giving guidance to those who administer government through a cabinet and departments.  Additionally, all others would achieve profits through hard work, healthy life styles with incentives to create jobs and build self funded communities with some rudimentary governing of essentially volunteer public servants (REFERS TO SALARY LEVEL ABOVE) desiring to affect community, county, and state quality of life. 

Observation: government greed is limited only by level of dishonesty, corruption, and access to regulate for money instead of legitimacy (perfect description of percentionals).  Only risk taken in government is our military force who serve and then get screwed.

Neither party gets it.  Well they try - through extortion.

You can only take so much out of private sector profits before its a loss.  Although, perhaps there could be two pricing points for consumer products - like tax brackets.  Working employees in private sector and government employees.  Kind of like tax credits against profits that don't exist if no profits.  Or, credits given when no tax owed increasing congressional deficits.   I never voted for Dem debts.

That would be equivalent to no cost benefits and worker deductions for some meager amount of benefits, vs. profit sharing with government public servants through same pricing.  In this way businesses could recoup some of their losses to heavy government burdens mandated by congress to cover their sickness of deficit spending.  Public servants pay equivalent price increase to offset sales taxes from private sector.  Don't even tell me that public servants pay sales taxes, too!  That's just more expense for private to pay.

Perhaps, businesses should ask to see an employee ID before accepting payment from customers to assure they can reduce losses by claiming credits for accepting government sales taxes from public servants - it would have to be double that regulated to overcome any loss from double payments (salary and benefits through employment and before returning sales tax to states).

We hear so much about credit addiction and its a regulated imposition on our private sector with no regard to those leeches who benefit,   Percentionals who think they contribute wealth building through virtual buy and sells within a 30 day period or day trading.  Just plant the beans and watch them grow without water, carbon dioxide or manure.  It don't work.  But, private sector workers sure get the third component while their earnings, profits and responsibilities develop in inverse proportion to government's.  

We need a line between profit and pork that delimits government intervention into borrowing foreign money or selling US dollars at less than par value.  Face value would be nice if milk was still a quarter, gas was 19¢, water. gas and electricity came without government overrides exceeding three to five times value, and Congressional debt didn't exist.  BUT it does and none of those sitting in those tight seats should return to screw us again.

Listening to Health care revelry this week is scary.  Dems want more mandated responsibility from private sector without setting an exemplary sampling of how to work within a budget.  Reps want to empower percentionals to seek more of the same without reform.

Only thing that was apparent this last weekend was that health care needs reform, but did it happen?  Is this just a cover for more grab bag lunches and pillow talk wealth without responsibility to assure health care reform or just moving the pea under more shells to keep transparency under cover.  

There were some remarkable statements of what this legislation will accomplish - $938 Billion worth.  30 million more insurance policies written, more government contracts to keep track of individual life status and nothing about taking percentionals out of the equation.

What's the big deal - 2,300 characters replaces 2,700 pages of Health Care reform?

HC reform may be a goal for immediate passage, but lobbyists are circulating your wagons.  Real reform can be very simply intimidating by presenting several reforms to thwart Medicare fraud and system abuse: 

(1) any legal actions must be pledged or bankrolled by third party (insurance company or legal entity - percentionals) seeking fees to accomplish a settlement.  

(2) Medicare ID cards should include encrypted medical information other than a social security number and not on cardboard.  

(3) Patient claims should be submitted by approved or registered doctors affiliated with a private hospital or approved by Social Services (a fraudulent agency to begin with).  

(4) Social Security cards need to be Mylar encrypted as well, similar to Retired military with photo and signature.  

(5) Submitted claims should be collected from insurer, then escrowed to billing entity for a 60-day period to provide verification and distribution schedule of funds through Social Security or Medicare funding programs without rebut to patients or insured.  Any entity attempting to collect from an insured or grandfathered (military retired) patient should never be admitted in an court or transferred to a third party debt collector or reported on any credit report because most are bogus retroactive to patient care.

(6) Hospitals should pay doctors through a central billing operation and not through independent HMO's or third party agencies - this would also assist Medical clinics prevent 50-75 percent overhead due to lack of consolidated heath care related services and procedures.  

(7) Independent or private practice doctors would be registered with local medical emergency facilities through State provided oversight with billing through State Social Services where fraud can surface quickly with regulators responsible before patient is contacted for failure of Insurance agency, government program or HMO payment to medical professionals. 

(8) Encourage private health care providers to set up limited practice to those they feel can be served best in their community or through an Employer based program under a fixed contract or limited contract with options for serious illness or casualties through private and state hospitals / clinics.  

(9) Prescription drugs should be billed directly to underwriter with patient notification by underwriter verification it was paid, no co pay.

(10) This concept saves 2,699 pages of Congressional Gobbly Gook and prevents members from benefiting from graft, corruption, and ear marks that should be placed on Congressional members through tattoos instead of amendments to public law.

Most important, is not to write regulations for state regulatory agencies, let them do that and hold them accountable for any fraud that disrupts the accountability through excuses, fraud, and greed.  One cent is more than enough to indict when it comes to fraud.  It used to be $25 was base to file in court, now it is $25,000 - 'shows to go you' how little a penny is worth - just enough to convict today on petty larceny and ethical behavior castigation in Congress. 

My guess is that  if audits were conducted on member accounts, all would be incarcerated giving back those benefits to private sector tax base.  Let's face it, 2,700 pages telling crooks how to do it better is not good legislation or executive policy.  Give 'em guidelines and anything outside those guidelines are questionable, unethical, unprofessional, and will not be tolerated  without paybacks to regulators, unlike the 1990's investment and housing fraud condoned by the President at the time.

Goal of reform is to eliminate not encourage bilking America's private sector.  Congress can bilk their staff all they want as long as it doesn't come from private sector funding - states can pay staff costs, or cut back.  But laws can keep percentionals out of health care if procedures are set up to assure insurance instead of deny medical attention (did I write that, WOW)

I don't think anyone has to be  a crook to join the old boys club, although many believe that's what elections are all about!

Time for a Professional to take the reins -  not an incumbent!

Last month was worse panning of leadership by media and private sector who feel disenfranchised from their earnings and savings - if any is left to pay Robin Hood's nemesis.   Speaker Pelosi made her position known - save my husband's reputation to get $ billions from all those percentionals seeking pillow talk access.  It has nothing to do with health care just greed.   Now, there's a twist.  Taking from the poor and giving it to the richer).  Promises of bail outs became credits against profits that continue to dwindle.  As heroic as America is, there is a limit of what it believes before it initiates that old Reagan reform -Trust and Verify.

We had transparency this week as promised.  However, it showed us how lame our Congress is and how our immature (acting)  leadership takes this economic dilemma as a blink in time.   We had leadership at the helm most of the last decade.  In fact that leadership keeps being cited for its planning and integration of security with reality that has resulted in serious resolve to remove that dreaded al Qaeda threat.

Most of those reactive threats were ignored in the '90s including ignorance of securities oversight resulting in derivatives.  Yet, in those secondary seats of power created , denied, and passed gas in 2008 until in 2009 has been rethunk in a silently reformed  voter revolution as policy adheres to previously designed programs for security and securities.

When buildings tumbled down from alleged threats materializing on 9-11, those enroute to America experienced something that is missing here at home.  People in Gander, Newfoundland, took care of travelers being rerouted, shared their little wealth, comparatively, with stranded strangers as reported by Tom Brokaw, former NBC anchor.  They quickly helped uninvited guests numbering more than ¾ of their population for nearly a week without fanfare or reprisal.  Something America was once known for.

Retailers gave support to travelers whose luggage remained on board more than 166 jumbo jets awaiting clearance to continue to their destinations throughout the Western Hemisphere.   And, we can no longer count on our leadership to care for our interests here at home.  

In 2,700 pages they explained in Congressional rhetoric how they will not only screw private sector taxpayers with hidden increases but they openly try to sell it - sell it like a bad midnight commercial for something costing pennies for at least $19.95 plus Shipping and handling -$15.  It takes 535 elected leaders to ponzi Americans and their safety net.   Not only that, they has assured us they can print more money than anybody else in the world.  Downside is that our coins are more valuable than our dollars.  In 1950 a dollar bought 98¢ value, in 1989, it was down to 14¢, and today, it is less than 1¢.  Sad part is that banks will loan you money with value and then raise your payback through cheaper dollars having less buying power and then reclaim that property or assess fees to cover their fraud with less valuable dollars.  Economists call it inflation, while Congress calls it debt, and taxpayers whose value has lessened call it  gouging when in reality it is legally termed Grand Theft.

Here's  an interesting observation:  in 1965 you could get a college education through a state university for $25 a semester (21 credit hours).  There was a state deficit and the Governor raised tuition to $78 per semester.  This almost destroyed education, but it thrived and became better.  Now, you just pay $10s of thousands of dollars for a average grade point because nobody graduates without honors  - failing would hurt too many feelings and could cause inferiority complexes in average students.  See, it doesn't make sense that percentionals can get rich without adding value and that prices don't keep their value so that profits actually provide wealth instead of poverty.  

Nobody thinks health care is worth the price as inflated as it is.  They just want to be treated.  There is no difference between having your possessions stolen while unconscious or by percentionals through the courts.  It is also similar to Congress ear-marking your money for their selfish interests.  

EARMARKS should be billed back to Governors with a 13.5% overdraft fee collectable through state tax increases or Federal imposed taxes on their profit producing entities -  I guess we'll see more manufacturing leaving  Governors no route to solvency.  Only way to accomplish that is elect honest, trustworthy representatives - never happen.

Watching this year's Olympics, I noted that  professional athletes couldn't beat amateurs no matter which country they sported for.  It seems to me Olympic competitions were for increasing awareness of sports through games played by amateurs until one American professional athlete complained that he never had opportunity to earn an  Olympic Gold Medal - thus denying future generations for more than 20  years of competition in their early amateur years of training.  Sad, with that I leave you to cogitate.

Tax credits don't create jobs just security for gov't workers - more debt

Just goes to show you how economics works in Washington.  It doesn't take into consideration of new money vs. old debt.  An economy needs new resources to generate new capitalTax credits prevent that from happening especially when so many strings are attached that pull wages away from profit makers. 

With that said, Senate leader Harry Reid needs a reality check and both political parties need to understand that jobs are created by increasing sales not by returning existing sales profits generated through lack of market share due to unemployment of many workers.  Perhaps, Congress thinks American workers can work cheap through tax credits given employers to subsidize higher unemployment benefits, higher health care costs, and a small percentage of tax credits replacing 15-20 years of seniority producing profits that make up America's real wealth.

It takes investment in businesses to make profits to support more than 200 million private sector workers who produce goods and non government paid services to create profits.  Unfortunately, Congress has spent those profits before they were realized as income revenues.  

Yes, an economy can work when money, not virtual debt, circulates through a community.  Expanding those markets beyond hometowns is how you grow an economy.   One concept floating as a new idea is to seek foreign sales of American goods.  This is such an emboldened view of America's future dating back to cold war days.  Our Defense Department even created a Security Assistance Command with missions to build alliances with emerging markets through two very targeted programs: 1) Co-production of American high ticket products (defense machinery) by seeking nations that could produce parts for USA assembly and sold throughout the world that would level aggressive playing field; and, 2) Co-defense by building alliances through new markets for American made products not just defense machinery through an evolving cash economy in nations never before experiencing buying power.

These foreign sales, primed by US dollars for work, returned profits to America manufacturers through sales of everything from food stuffs, clothing, cars, and electronics (I-pods, CD players, and other goods developed here at home and manufactured in many foreign lands).   America didn't need loans from less well-heeled nations who with less economic power have now encapsulated our economy with loans against private sector worker produced profits.

Congress with its wisdom, squanders America's wealth on social engineering and greed without reservations as they deny prudence in money management.  Perhaps, government here should treat our sovereign states like foreign nations.  You know give them money to support businesses that produce profits through new money instead or recycling diminishing profits with nonsense regulations and inequitable taxes while growing nonessential employee ranks.  

Central government was a theory of Marxism and Soviet thinkers.  Neither worked well.  Our states came together to create  a union of common goals to preserve and protect it citizens from 1788 to 1960 when our last State Hawaii was accepted into the fold.   That's not even 50 years ago.  Our population was 144 million and a dollar bought then what takes one-hundred of them today from a population of over 330 million.

Over those early years, Americans, our baby boomers, created a life-style of wealth and self-reliance, enjoyed by most everyone who created our bursting economy through inventions, balanced budgets, and savings for early retirement.   Along with all that progress came greed in government that by the end of the cold war, diminished global threats.  However, America's politicians had better ideas to save the world and history took a really expensive turn draining our wealth through costly defense procurements and soldiers lives.

States and businesses began to rely on government money through contracts that inflated profits , but not sales.  There are few states today that contribute to national wealth or even to their own growth.  Every recommended program to protect and preserve this union, there are 535 leeches seeking private sector funding that in reality is more debt.  

It is time to hold those "decision makers" to task.  It is not enough to exchange America's resolve for Tax Credits.  It is time to cut government's role to what it was created to do.  Lest you forgot:  'We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

It's time to do that once again in the name of this Republic.  It's time to throw the 535 members out and make them accountable to We the People.  Every day that goes by we hear of another who wants out before accountability.

When did a tax credit create a jobs? 

Helping small businesses create profits requires income revenues from sales or services to support all those costs of operations, facilities, materials, percentionals, marketing, equipment, etc, etc.   This is before taxes.  In most cases salaries and benefits are contingent on profits just like taxes.  

Tax credits can help eliminate excessive taxes, it just doesn't create additional income revenues to increase profits; let alone more jobs requiring salaries, family benefits, retirement accounts, medical allowances, or market expansion where revenues are generated.

Small businesses generally work on a lower margin than government with less overhead and less corruption.  This can make entrepreneurs more eager to expand and grow as profits increase, but it doesn't allow for owners to make a living salary, nor does a tax credit.

Tax credits are a phony concept of readily available cash to boost financial wealth for a business or its owners.  

First thing a company needs is capital not more Capitol to float operations until there are profits.  Profits drive revenue generation and allow for future investment into operations to increase market share that will generate more sales allowing for operational expansion to create more profits.  Taxes, legal, percentionals, maintenance, materials, tooling, etc., etc. decrease available capital to create jobs or expand markets and production.

A tax credit to support adding more employees creates a soft value that can only have value if profits are generated.  It takes a payroll of ten times cost of operation or product/service costs to break even.  This estimate accounts for non-contributing employees who administer operations, but really don't add value to pricing.  

As with many small Business "corporations", revenues generally do not exceed reasonable costs of operation, marketing, and benefits until maybe after time - 5 to 10 years before there is disposable income to enlarge payroll, operations, markets, and profits. 

In Government it takes trillion$ of deficit to operate with reliance upon profits from other than government to balance its budget.  Yet, Government increases its burden, liability, and promises through barter - trading private sector value for loans from foreign investors.  All with virtual money on a 30-day float before having to pay the piper. 

To create jobs, government needs to cut out multiple levels of taxation on the same dollar profit  to allow value creation.  For example: one dollar of profit is taxed against  business performance, each employee's payroll, import - export taxes, investment gains, and local sales taxes depending upon product or service.  Then there are property taxes, legal fees (to avoid taxes), state taxes, county licenses, permits, inspections, and special arrangements with regulators.

To support one new employee, it takes at minimum wage 1,600 hrs/yr at from $2.65 to $8.65 plus training costs, supervision, administrative support, medical, vacation, overtime, holidays, workman's compensation, unemployment contributions, uniforms, tools, and for many - transportation, cell phones, and GPS.

Only fair stimulus for small business is to fund them equivalent to their Congressional staff counterpart or up to $2 Million/year in unaccountable grants to build a business with profit potential; or as an alternative: tax government workers more to cover lost private sector revenues.

If this reads as ridiculous and its sounds, you got it!  

Situation:  businesses lose profits, lay-off employees, government offers tax credits against no-profits, but presses businesses to pay higher unemployment taxes to cover laid-off employees.

Battle of two perceived cartels - Congress vs. Corporations

Question is which one fits our American Dream?  Both have abused their loyalties to those who support them. 

Our Supreme court has given Corporations and open ticket to rid its opponents, while Congress has control to regulate.  However, original idea of incorporation  forms an entity as a person  to protect several officers from personal liability if a collective bargain through Board members affected loses or insure liability threatening those who were party but not necessarily responsible.

This leads us to believe that a corporation right in campaign finance should be equivalent and limited to that of an individual given its definition as an entity.

Congress on the other hand writes its rules as it goes, generally to appease those corporate entities who give them money or favors to make a profit.  Congress is an entity as well representing tax base interests that include its own members who essentially contribute nothing  to America's tax revenues.  Congress does build up huge deficits through self serving interests and fraud within its bartering ranks.  

Now a third entity called a State, a sovereign entity protecting collective interests to its residents to maintain a safe environment as well as public services while maintaining a positive economic climate to provide its constituents opportunities to create value and wealth and defending them from insurgencies.

Entity is most important concept in this discussion because it gives each an equal right within a republic or maybe even an American style Democracy.  Is it really equal?  Voters have been naive and distant letting the other three run without reigns.  Time to pull back and throw the baggage off the backs of  voters.

So what is wrong?

Quite simply, a millennium old desire to have more power in one entity over the others.  Our Supreme court decided this week in a 5:4 decision that two entities have more power than our largest number of entities, and the fight begins for power over them.

In one corner is Congress with its empty bucket of reform.  In the other, is Corporations with buckets of profits, and 300 million referees that can make or break the battle with their single vote and limited power.   Our Supreme court may have made it more important this week to consider third party interference.  What it presents is a question of which entities are third party?

The one that has power to detain the others, the one with power to create value, or those who produce wealth for the other two.  Only November will tell us.  In the mean time, there will be many discussions about who has the power - it should be predominately those Independent persons who produce profits and make up America's tax base.

Is it really necessary to enter this battle between those who have corporate entities (A corporation is defined a "person") or our Congress (an elected entity to  who has no clue of where profits come from or who has the power of legitimate vote counts).

No body in government should complain about deficits - they are the ones who created them, and they are the ones encouraging corporations to misuse their power of value.  Each Corporation is one individual by law.  They have same right as any individual in America - $2,200 in accumulated campaign contributions in each primary or general election.  PACs are entities as well.  I guess they believe they are not!

This question addressed by The Court is whether wealthy entities have rights to spend more money to exercise their Freedom of Speech -  answer is not really. FEC can regulate that if they are impartial.  Air-wave media needs revenues to take a stand without fairness.  Voters need to text their concerns until everyone exercises their right to vote through free speech.

A common rule of thumb is: if you don't need something someone is selling you don't need to buy it.  More selling time and emotion should trigger in consumers that those products or services are not necessary or even good for you.

Anyone remember the first color commercials or the black and white one 10 years later that stood out.

Economics is the process of moving money from one entities pocket to another's.  A real number is between 1 and 9.  Zeros are place holders without value.  Got it!

Health care as a priority lost its luster.

Such a dill! 

A race to hide blatant corruption and fraud between Congress and percentionals*.  

Real healthcare reform needs only 100 pages of guidelines to what is expected, anything outside these guidelines is questionable or fraud.  This means that any activity: financial, or treatment will be reviewed if patient is not attended to by a physician within scant guidelines of ethical and cost based upon a reasonable rate if patient is cured or repaired to function in acceptable normality.  

Yes, it is vague, but does not require an army of third-party percentionals to make professional heath care decisions.  It should be health care professionals who are paid and any administrative expenses should be paid by insurance providers of no more than 7 percent of actual billing time, or included in a regulated fee structure to include essential tests on leased or owned equipment not mandated by government.  All other revenues should come from tax base contributions that add revenue to government programs without diluting resources to meet growing needs as dictated by a growing population.

Annual family of four health care insurance should not exceed more than $530 per year - same plan as Congress.  All other proposed restrictions of coverage should remain - no withholding coverage for existing conditions, no care restrictions based upon individual account accrued funds, and no charges or deductibles on insurance mandated tests to build revenue base in that percentional sector.

No government agency should let contracts with more than 7 percent profit allowed.  Restrictions to overruns would result in penalties to those not performing.  If government interferes with contract performance, penalties would be paid by responsible agency Commissioners, Secretaries or highest titled executive or political leader - new concept for government.  Any agency exceeding fiscal year projections or misuses surpluses other than returning them to tax base general fund would accept without notice a deficit in following year budget allowance and immediate resignation. Contractors should not have more than 10-15 percent of their taxable revenues generated from government contracts accumulated from all levels of government from community to Federal Defense contracts.

Unfortunately, this would require individuals with other than percentional skills and loose ethics to fill key positions within Administrative branch of government.

It would require some expertise, skills, and ethics to be responsible with accountability now lacking by 535 members and their relatives in key agency positions with immunity.  In addition, any lobbyist or third-party representing an entity or nation wanting special requests or interests in pending legislation would under-write performance for that special interest without tapping into tax base revenues.  It would not allow special interest to benefit from any expenditure from tax base provided funding if a profit is generated from government sponsored authorization to allow special interest intercession beyond that funding available by a balanced budget not exceeding annual revenue income and considered discretionary until all government debt is repaid and a two-year surplus is created within a budget year eliminating all debt service fees to America's tax base.

Surpluses could only be used for contingency purposes for national disasters or security ~ neither for social engineering nor limited interests of any of the certain states represented in the House of Representatives (States have rights to do same without requesting national tax base funding for other than short term loans or maintenance of Federal assets within their care)

Thus, government must return to performing its charter "to lay and collect taxes, duties, Impost and Excises, to pay debts and provide for the common defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States." - Article One, Section 8 of the Constitution of The United States.

Note:  Every Fed website has a link to fraud and abuse reporting.  That's a good thing, but it takes too long to report all 535 of the biggest abusers. Let alone all former staffers and designated appointees.

Happy New Year!   

With Heath care reform, and tax regulations, the government will eat up any left-over to your household income.  If you don't get a paycheck, they'll tax your last employer more to cover for you.  You can get loans from stimulus packages if you are a government employee, government contractor or any job that doesn't create value with profits.  If you are a student, you can get a loan to repay after you get educated enough to know that deficit takes priority on your taxes immediately upon graduation. 

I wrote last month about some political reforms and scandals yet to get head, about how parity really works to create even more deficits while those who skim take home more than just their congressional paychecks through marital bliss, and foreign sponsors.  It's called a blind trust for investments that grow from congressional support, and lobby monies for access.

There aught to be a law against that - there is, but nobody regulates that because it is the regulators who benefit.  A proposed law should be that any family member, relative , friend, acquaintance, or neighbor to a Congressman or woman who holds investments in any entity benefiting from a bill or law being contemplated  or supported by those congressional members is equivalent to private sector insider-tradingPonzi comes to mind for that fraud - Kerry? Nah! Madoff.

Maybe their next seat will be government funded, too!  Not enough room for all those precedents.
